PathForward does not guarantee specific employment outcomes, salary increases, promotions, or career advancement results. Our services are advisory in nature and designed to provide professional guidance, strategic planning, and skill development support.

No Guarantee of Employment Outcomes

PathForward explicitly disclaims any guarantee regarding the achievement of your ideal career position, dream job acquisition, or specific employment outcomes. Career success depends on multiple factors beyond our consultation services, including but not limited to individual effort, market conditions, timing, qualifications, interview performance, and employer requirements. While our consultants provide evidence-based strategies and professional guidance, ultimate career outcomes remain dependent on individual application of recommendations and external market factors.

Payment Terms and Conditions

All PathForward consultation services require payment in advance of service delivery. Payment methods include bank transfers, credit card payments, and other approved electronic payment systems. Upon successful payment processing, clients receive confirmation of service booking and detailed information regarding consultation scheduling and preparation requirements.

Service fees are established based on consultation type, duration, and complexity of requirements. Additional services beyond the initial consultation scope may incur supplementary charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before service delivery. All quoted prices are in Malaysian Ringgit and include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

Refund Policy and Cancellation Terms

PathForward maintains a limited refund policy reflecting the professional nature of our consultation services and the preparation required for each client engagement. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted within specified timeframes following our established procedures.

Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled consultation appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are subject to a 50% cancellation fee to account for consultant preparation time and scheduling adjustments. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment or for no-show appointments.

Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances involving consultant availability issues, technical difficulties preventing service delivery, or other factors directly attributable to PathForward operations. Such situations are handled individually, and refund determinations are made at the discretion of PathForward management following thorough review of circumstances.

Client Responsibilities and Expectations

Successful career consultation requires active client participation, honest communication regarding career objectives and challenges, and commitment to implementing recommended strategies. Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their professional background, career goals, and current circumstances to enable effective consultation delivery.

PathForward consultations are based on information provided by clients and general market knowledge. Recommendations are tailored to individual circumstances as presented during consultation sessions. Clients remain responsible for evaluating recommendations within their specific context and making informed decisions regarding implementation strategies.

Professional Advice Limitations

Our consultation services provide professional guidance based on industry experience and established career development principles. Market conditions, industry trends, and employer requirements change continuously, affecting the applicability of specific recommendations over time.
